Once again, the Academy Awards are nearly upon us, which means it’s time for Stars & Popcorn to once again take a stab in the dark and present my 2020 Oscar predictions! I’ve already voiced my thoughts on the nominees and unlike other years, I don’t have a dog in this fight. In other words, it’s a bit of a dispassionate year for me. Once again, I’m in a particularly tight spot where I have to decide whether to make picks with my head or my heart. So, just like previous years, I’m going to be offering up Oscar predictions for who I think will win each category as well as who I want to win. That’s why you’ll see below each category that there’s a prediction of who the winner will be along with a place for who the winner should be.
